Andalucia Premium SL is based in Málaga, on Spain’s Mediterranean coast. Our name refers to this home, not to the origin of the meat: each lot comes from the slaughterhouse and the country stated in its offer and on its label, as EU origin labelling rules require.
You tell us species, cuts, fresh or frozen, approximate quantities, the destination country and the halal standard you need.
We agree cut specification, packaging, labelling and the documents for your market, including the halal certificate for the lot.
You receive a written offer with price, origin, slaughterhouse, quantities, delivery terms and lead time, agreed for your order.
We coordinate the cold chain, transport and accompanying documents to your warehouse or kitchen.

The term, the general requirements, the words zabiha and dhabiha, why halal standards differ and what a trade buyer of halal meat should check before ordering.

What halal slaughter requires, how stunning is handled, and what EU law and national rules allow, explained for trade buyers.
No. We supply businesses only: importers, wholesalers, butchers, restaurants, hotels and caterers. There is no online shop and no public price list.
Not necessarily. Carne Andalucía is named after our base in Málaga. Where each lot was born, reared and slaughtered is documented and stated in the offer and on the label.
We do not issue halal certificates ourselves. The meat comes from slaughterhouses that hold halal certification from recognised bodies. The certificate for your lot is available on request before you order.
Quantities, prices and delivery times depend on species, cut, format and destination. They are agreed per order and set out in the written offer.
Not in an online shop: we supply businesses only, and there is no public price list. You can send your enquiry online through our contact form; prices, quantities and delivery terms then follow in a written offer.
Yes, to business premises: halal meat is delivered in refrigerated or frozen transport to the delivery point agreed in the offer. We do not deliver to private households.
We supply buyers in Spain, in other EU countries and in the MENA region, wherever the import requirements of the destination can be met. Which documents your country needs is clarified before the offer.
Both. Chilled meat suits short routes and continuous sale, frozen meat suits export and stock planning; the format is chosen per order.
